For 20+ years I’ve hosted mindful events and leadership training for over 1 million people with some of the top business leaders and wisdom teachers of our time - including Eckhart Tolle, Brené Brown, Lawrence Levy, Tara Brach and the founders of Google’s most successful leadership program.

However, in recent years, the richest medicine of my life has been the loving hands of others. People who have offered the space for deep listening, sharing grief and reconnecting with my aliveness.

During a particularly difficult time, an old friend (recovering from an addiction) reached out for support. He asked if we could talk every week, to support his recovery.

What initially seemed like a one-way request, soon turned into one of the deepest gifts of my life.

Every week, we walked together — sharing unexpressed sorrows, longings and listening deeply to one another. Over time, we uncovered a primary medicine: that our lives become meaningful the moment we stop pretending we don’t need each other.

Somewhere along the line, our culture has lost the safe spaces to care and support one another.

Today, we’re drunk on information. We read books, listen to podcasts and use apps on our phone - yet, we can sense that something is missing.

Many of us end up living in a 'flatland' of isolation, numbness and distraction.

In these times of unraveling, it is essential that we find places of shelter and encouragement. Intimate spaces to care for each other, grieve and strengthen our inner lives.

I’m honored to invite you into this community dedicated to nurturing your inner life and inspiring a more beautiful leadership.

As Parker Palmer said, “The human soul doesn’t want to be advised or fixed or saved. It simply wants to be witnessed, exactly as it is.”

Today, my life is blessed beyond measure and I can trace all this good fortune to the loving hands of others - my family, my friends and my brothers Dave, Scotty and Sal, who I owe so much.

I now look forward to walking alongside you.

Warmly,

Jono
