"Research suggests that unresolved grief is a pervasive, overlooked leadership derailer that affects perhaps one-third of senior executives at one time or another - costing US companies $75 billion a year in lost productivity and performance."

Mckinsey Quarterly

A message from Jono

Leading through Grief is an 8-week online leadership experience for becoming more resilient and responsive in a rapidly changing world.

These are far from ordinary times.

Look around and you’ll see grief everywhere — the after effects of covid-19, ecological loss, broken relationships, aging, the loss of “normal”, missed promotions, changing jobs, racial disparity, and so much more

The sheer weight of the personal and collective sorrows are permeating our work and personal lives, leaving many leaders feeling overwhelmed and burned out.

"This wave of grief and loss threatens to derail leaders and hurt organizations. Yet when addressed, grief can be a creative force that turns loss into inspiration."

- Mckinsey Report

What’s becoming clear is that the familiar tools we’ve been relying on aren’t up to the challenge of modern leadership.

This pioneering 8-week experience is grounded in somatic practice, mindfulness, poetry, journaling and community support. Together, in this atmosphere of support, we will come into a healthy relationship with our grief and sorrow and discover new awareness, vitality and growth.

I invite you to bring your grief to our village and experience the power it has to catalyze personal growth and leadership.
